Raspberry, violets, and green peppercorns. The nose spirals out of the glass. Earthy and exotic. Seaweed and rosemary. Dark fruit on the palate with black cherry alongside tart cranberry notes. Crunchy and refreshingly resinous. Precise and concentrated with so much complexity. Definitely more in the cold climate world than "cool climate." - Matt Dees, Winemaker
